Terrific Tuesday!!!
Loving yourself is the most important aspect of our living on this planet Earth. If we cannot love ourselves, then we cannot love anyone at any point in life. Loving yourself is accepting what you are, why you are, how you are rather than demanding others to accept you as you are.
Loving yourself is the most important aspect of our living on this planet Earth. If we cannot love ourselves, then we cannot love anyone at any point in life. Loving yourself is accepting what you are, why you are, how you are rather than demanding others to accept you as you are.
Loving yourself is to introspect and retrospect the
way we speak with self and others. Using the tongue to lash out at others,
finding their faults and to hurt them shows the non-acceptance of self in the first place.
Expecting others to
behave like us is another form of self-hate. Listening to others and analyzing
their point with your intellect, then answering them with patience shows your
love towards self and others. The more we hurt others, the more we are getting
hurt in the process.
Loving yourself is essential for a positive environment within
and with the positivity within we can spread more positivity around. Self-love
should be taken up to evolve as a better human being through corrective actions
for the black holes in our own existence. These black are known to us, but the
acceptance of the same is not easy. Pointing out at someone's black hole is
easy, but accepting black hole is difficult because of the ego we have inside
us. To enhance positivity within and around, a process of self-cleansing is
essential through change in our thinking process.
Loving yourself is a beautiful process as it gives
a complete makeover to the personality that we are and that we will be. The self-love
is about physical, mental, psychological, physiological and spiritual. It is
not that easy, but is not impossible either. When you love yourself, you will
never feel bored in solitude ever and you will never feel lost in the crowd.
The company of the self will provide you doors to open the hidden potential
within and you will never have the feeling of self-pity. Self has the power of
changing the attitude of the personality from a dull to the most vibrant one. I
experience this each and every day in my life and I am really happy to be what
I am, How I am and Why I am....
Let’s all love ourselves and try find ourselves
more loving for each passing second to self and others. This is the need of the
hour as it will reduce the violence we have in our present day society.
